Software : Any changes in VFD & Spare parts Software is not in Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Standard Lead Time:
1. On inquire : Confirmation through mail.
2. Ready in Stock : Same day dispatches.
Prices : The prices of the Products are those prices specified on the front of the invoice. Pricing for undelivered Products may be increased when change in market conditions or any other causes beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
Quotation on inquire : Quotations shall automatically expire in thirty (30) days from the date issued, or as otherwise stated in the quotation.
Support : Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. team will support Buyer if there any problem occurs while final testing and support is requested in writing by the buyer to Indcart Private Limited.
Warranty : Will be applicable on unused spares only.
On Emergency/ RUSH Hour Service : Same Day, Repair and Testing lead time is Available. We can ship same day on emergency orders received Rush Fee is 20% of order value.(Limited to product/repair availability).
These Standard Terms and the relationship of the parties hereto shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Mumbai, India, without regard to its choice of law rules. For all claims or disputes arising out of or relating to the sale of products or services by Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and/or the relationship of Buyer and Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Buyer shall file any and all lawsuits or claims exclusively in the state or courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Buyer hereby waives off all/any claim of improper or inconvenient venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buyer hereby agrees to waive the right to trial by jury for all claims or disputes arising out of or relating to the sale of products or services by Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and/or the relationship of Buyer and Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The parties agree that Indian Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to their relationship or the sale of products by Indiana Drives & Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
