Shipping Policy

We appreciate your business and want to make shipping as simple as possible!

How to qualify for our Ground shipping:

  • Order must total Rs. 5000/- or more and be placed online.
  • Shipping applies to shipments within the India only.
  • Order must weigh less than 500gm for free shipping.
  • Order must be able to ship local shipper.
  • Delivery Time will be 7 to 30 days.

What orders will not qualify for free shipping?

  • Online orders shipping any transporter or courier method other than courier will be charged standard courier rates.
  • Our free shipping offer is not available to customers in outside pin code areas or any non-standard location.
  • Shipments over 500gm are excluded from free shipping.
  • Shipments that are not able to ship freight will be quoted before your order is processed.

How fast will my order ship?

Stock orders received by 3 p.m. generally ship the same day or maximum the next day from our warehouse on availability of products. Lead times from factory stock vary depending on the manufacturer's warehouse location. Indianacart will always work to get your product to you in the quickest, most cost-effective manner. If you need to cancel or return an order after it has been processed, ordered, shipped or received there may be a restock fee. You can learn more by reading our Return Policy.

To Our local Shipment Carriers:

Our warehouses accept LTL shipments between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Saturday , Sunday on request in case of emergency.

Customer can Pick-Up from Indiana Cart Warehouse.
Customer pick-ups must first be arranged with our customer service department, once a pick-up time is approved:

  • Please call the main office at +91 9167496345 when you arrive at Indiana Cart.
  • Reception will call our warehouse to let them know you are here.
  • We will then bring your order outside; please note we ask that both parties wear a mask.
  • We will simply ask for the first and last name of the person picking up the item.
  • Thank you and we appreciate your business!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped, assembled or received in our warehouse there may be a restock fee. Every effort will be made to cancel your order; however, order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer's cancellation policy. If the product has been special ordered, is a non-stock item or is being built to customer specifications it may be non-cancellable or subject to a minimum restock fee of 50%.

Non-Standard and Custom Products

Non-standard and custom products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Non- standard or custom products are defined as products that are special order, custom orders, orders built to customers specifications, assembled or modified products, products not stocked by Indianacart or orders for value-added products. Indianacart follows our manufacturer's return policies.
